Internet banned across Afghanistan on Taliban’s orders.

The Taliban’s top leadership has announcedd a nationwide ban on Internet access in Afghanistan, affecting both mobile and broadband services.

According to foreign media, the disruption of Internet services has caused significant problems for flight operations and satellite television broadcasts.

Five flights from Kabul Airport have been cancelled.

Hospitals, government offices and media organisations are also facing major difficulties. Afghan officials said the decision has been taken to block access to immoral content.
