Former Prime Minister and senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said on Tuesday that despite the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government’s relief’ to the people, they will have to pay for it one day, if not today.
Abbasi told the reporters outside an accountability court in Islamabad that the government’s allegations of ‘corrupt’ accountability had been revealed. “Government ministers have shown to be the most ‘corrupt,'” he claimed.
“The PTI ascended to power through unlawful means, but it will be deposed through constitutional means,” he stated, adding that the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) still had time to break with the government.
