Fawad Chaudhry, the Federal Minister for Information, has stated that he is willing to take the lead in convening a meeting between Jahangir Khan Tareen (JKT) and Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Fawad Chaudhry said in an interview on Monday that he has no difficulty saying whatever he wants and that a meeting will be scheduled.
According to Fawad, Jahangir Tareen owns a significant portion of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), hence a meeting between the PM and Jahangir Tareen is not unusual.
Fawad Chaudhry stated that his government is waiting for a motion of no confidence because the opposition’s own MPs will not support the move.
He stated that the opposition has yet to settle on the future prime minister. In any case, wait until the following two to four days, since the opposition’s days of shame have arrived.
