On Saturday, young physicians and other paramedical employees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa went on strike to protest the lack of money.
The strike has been called by young doctors and members of the Corona Rapid Response Team.
They have pledged to continue their strike unless finances are made available to them.
According to the most recent data, the death toll from coronavirus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has risen to 6182, with five more deaths reported in the last 24 hours (Friday), while the province’s total active cases remained at 11,670.
