Tareen gives meaningful reply to journalist on ties with PML-N

LAHORE: Jahangir Tareen, the estranged leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has given a meaningful response to a journalist, claiming that he has old ties with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders and that they will continue.

Jahangir Tareen made the remarks while in Lahore for the wedding of PML-N central leader Khawaja Saad Rafique.

Tareen told a journalist that Khawaja Saad Rafique is like his brother, and that he has old relations with PML-N officials that he intends to maintain.

The journalist wondered if his plane could be rerouted to the PML-N. Tareen responded by saying that the plane might be diverted in any way.

Jahangir Tareen, according to another journalist, appears to be the ceremony’s groom. On a lighter note, Raja Riaz stated that he will congratulate Tareen for resembling a groom.
