MUZAFFARABAD: In light of the region’s bitterly cold weather, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir administration declared on Sunday that all educational institutions’ winter holidays would be extended longer.
All public and private educational institutions in the AJK will be closed until January 8 due to winter vacations, according to a statement issued by the government.
The winter holiday in educational institutions began on December 22 and was scheduled to finish on January 1, but due to extreme cold, the AJK government extended the vacation until January 8.
Educational institutes across Sindh province, on the other hand, will reopen on Monday (today) following the completion of the winter vacations, which began on December 20, 2021.
According to a statement published by the Sindh Education Department, “all educational institutions across Sindh would be reopened by Monday, January 3.”
From December 20 to January 1, 2022, all public and private education institutions in Sindh will be closed for vacations, according to the Sindh Education and Literacy Department.
Winter vacations will begin in all educational institutions on January 3, 2022, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).
