Mufti Ismail Menk, one of the most well-known Islamic clerics on social media, has landed in Pakistan as floodwaters have devastated havoc and turned one-third of the country into inland seas.

The well-known preacher, who is adored by millions of Muslims worldwide, arrived in Sindh, the area most impacted by the enormous flood, and started working there to aid those in need.

The scholar, who was born and reared in Zimbabwe, is shown visiting a Sindh, Jhuddo, area that has been impacted by flooding in one of the videos on his official Instagram.

Additionally, he urged his supporters to give to flood victims, he adds: “devastation and unimaginable situation. Pakistan needs us!! donate a tent! give comfort to a family! £100 per tent! please do whatever you can with any reliable charity or partner for those affected. we will have to assist for the next few years”.

Athletes, musicians, and social media stars have all called for help, and actor Celal Al from the Ertugurl film also travelled to Pakistan earlier this year to help flood victims.
