On Saturday, Pakistan strongly condemned recent Israeli airstrikes on Gaza that resulted in the deaths of innocent Palestinians, including a 5-year-old girl, and the injuries of so many others.
In a statement, the Foreign Office asserted that Israel’s atrocities, illegal actions, and indiscriminate use of force against innocent Palestinians over the years are emblematic of its flagrant disregard for international human rights and humanitarian law.
“Pakistan calls on the international community to urge Israel to immediately cease its brazen use of force and flagrant violations of Palestinian human rights. It is imperative to cease the aggression immediately.
We reiterate our call for a viable, independent, and contiguous Palestinian state with pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital as the only just, comprehensive, and lasting solution to the Palestinian question in accordance with the relevant United Nations and Organization of Islamic Cooperation resolutions.
