A young man was severely beaten by a group of other young men outside the gate of the University of Narowal on Wednesday.
It has been learned that an exchange of barbs between two groups of children escalated into a brawl, which later became more violent as the children of one group severely tortured a child from the other group.
During the brawl, gunshots were also fired.
The footage shows a group of teenagers slapping and kicking a member of the opposing group.
The footage also includes the sound of gunshots. Farooq Abdullah and others were named as defendants.
Ghazanfar was the victim’s name. Police filed a report and began an investigation.
