Irfan Mehsood, a martial arts expert from Pakistan, has broken 50 Guinness World Records.
In his most recent effort, Irfan broke his personal record of 53 push-ups by completing 59 push-ups with a weight of 100 pounds.
Following this achievement, Irfan entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the 50th time.
“I have completed the golden jubilee of World records and become the first Pakistani to achieve such distinction with most records successfully competed against India,” Irfan said.
He has so far surpassed the records of athletes from nine countries, including India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and others.
Irfan is also the only athlete in the world with the most records (27) in the push-ups category of the Guinness World Records. In addition, he holds the record for the most records in the jumping jack category.
Furthermore, Irfan set the most records by lifting a weight of 100 pounds, and the Martial Artist holds the most fitness records in Guinness.
