Authorities will organize a Ramzan Bachat Festival at Jilani Park from February 13 to 15 to provide financial relief to citizens ahead of Ramadan 2026. The initiative aims to help households manage rising expenses by offering essential food items at discounted prices.
Discounted Essentials at Relief Stalls
According to officials, special relief stalls will sell flour, ghee, pulses, sugar, rice, fruits, vegetables, and other daily necessities at reduced rates. The festival is designed to support families in preparing for Ramadan without placing additional strain on household budgets.
Strict Monitoring and Food Safety Measures
A coordination meeting chaired by DG Food Authority Asim Javed reviewed all arrangements with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the event.
