Former Pakistan cricketer Imad Wasim’s ex-wife, Sania Ashfaq, has finally spoken publicly about their divorce, sharing her emotional account after Imad recently confirmed their separation.
Posting a detailed note on Instagram, Sania alleged that their marriage ended due to the involvement of a third person, claiming this was the “final blow” to an already struggling relationship.
“My Children Have Been Left Without Their Father,” Says Sania
Speaking from what she described as “deep pain”, Sania wrote:
“My home has been broken, and my children have been left without their father. I am a mother of three, including a five-month-old baby who has not yet been held by his father. This is not a story I wished to share, but silence should never be mistaken for weakness.”
She stated that despite staying committed as a wife and mother, the presence of another woman who wanted to marry Imad ultimately ended the marriage.

Sania further alleged that she endured emotional distress, abandonment, and mistreatment during her pregnancy but chose patience for the sake of her children and dignity.
She added that their divorce remains legally disputed, insisting that the truth will surface through appropriate legal channels.
