Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will begin direct flights to Australia on April 22, and all preparations are complete.
According to a PIA spokesperson, the first flight will depart from Lahore for Sydney, and the second will depart from Sydney for Lahore on April 24.
“With the collaboration of Virgin Australia Airlines, an interline ticketing facility has also been arranged to take PIA passengers to other cities in Australia besides Sydney,” he said.
“The interline agreement allows PIA direct flights to Sydney as well as PIA passengers access to eight Australian destinations,” he added.
