The Pakistan rupee recovered as the US dollar fell from Rs1.18 to Rs183.50 at the start of the interbank market on the first day of the trading week.
The previous close of the US dollar against the Pakistani Rupee was Rs184.68. The US dollar has now fallen below Rs184 as the Pakistani rupee gained strength in interbank trading on Monday.
Experts have already predicted that, in light of the interest rate hike and the SBP’s measures to reduce imports and inflationary pressures, the Pakistani rupee unit will remain stable at around 184 per dollar this week.
The Pakistani Rupee has performed well at the start of interbank trading as markets reopened following the resolution of a political crisis in the country.
