The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), created under the Punjab Safe Cities Ordinance of 2015, is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining an integrated Command, Control, and Communication system—known as PPIC3—for the police in major cities across the province, aiming to enhance public safety.
