2. Use the Zong App
If you have a smartphone and prefer a more digital approach, the “My Zong App” offers a user-friendly way to access your account details, including your mobile number.
Here’s how you can find your number using the app:
- Download the “My Zong App” from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Register or log in using your Zong number. If you are a new user, follow the registration process by entering your Zong number and verifying it via SMS.
- Once logged in, your Zong number will be displayed on the app’s main screen, usually at the top of the dashboard.
3. Call on Helpline
If you prefer direct communication or are unable to use the USSD codes or the app, calling the Zong customer support helpline is another reliable method. Follow these steps:
- Dial 310 from your Zong SIM card.
- Listen to the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) instructions and choose the appropriate option to speak with a customer representative.
- Once connected, request the representative to provide your Zong number. They may ask for some verification details, such as your CNIC number or other information.
4. Through SMS
For those who may not have access to the internet or prefer using SMS, checking your Zong number via SMS is another viable option. Here’s how:
- Send “MNP” to the designated number (e.g., 667 or another number as updated by Zong). You may need to check the Zong website or customer service for the current number.
- After a few moments, you will receive an SMS with your Zong number and additional information about your SIM card.
