Bollywood star Ajay Devgn Friday announced the launch of an artificial intelligence-driven media company.

“With Prismix, we are stepping into the future of storytelling,” the actor-filmmaker said in a statement.

He added: “AI is not just a tool but a creative partner that can help filmmakers and brands bring their vision to life in ways never imagined before.

He continued, “Our goal is to revolutionise media by making high-quality, AI-driven content more accessible and scalable.”

The move represents the latest entrepreneurial venture for the Indian megastar, who previously established VFX house NY VFX Waala and partnered with Sweden’s Goodby Kansas Studios in strategic technology alliances.

The new venture aims to harness generative AI technologies to create content ranging from short films and series to animated graphic novels, music videos, corporate content, and social media campaigns – projects that might otherwise be prohibitively expensive or technically challenging.

Devgn, who will serve as chair of Prismix, has assembled a leadership team including Danish Devgn (co-founder and chief business officer), Vatsal Sheth (co-founder and CEO), and Sahil Nayar (co-founder and chief creative officer).

The company has already begun collaborations with mainstream media and education sectors, positioning itself at the intersection of entertainment technology innovation.
