Deepika and Ranveer reveal daughter Dua’s face.
Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh became parents earlier this year with the arrival of their daughter, Dua.
Fans have impatiently awaited a glimpse of the baby, and while the couple revealed Dua’s face to the paparazzi on Monday, they requested they not click or publish any photos.
The couple hosted an informal meet-and-greet for about 15-20 paparazzi at the clubhouse of their Prabhadevi residence in Mumbai and introduced their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh.
During the event, Deepika introduced baby Dua, who was dressed in a simple white outfit and clung to her mother throughout the interaction.
The couple emphasised keeping the baby’s photos private until they felt ready to share them publicly.
However, they posed for the camera themselves. Deepika was clad in a beige gown, and Ranveer in an all-white outfit.

In one of the pictures, the couple was seen gazing lovingly at each other, while in a video, Ranveer sweetly planted a kiss on Deepika’s cheek. Sharing the images and clips, a paparazzi account captioned, “Baby DUA, who looks as angelic as an angel, is definitely all set to become the cynosure of every eye! As they say…nazar naa lag jaaye …).”
Paparazzo Pallav Paliwal shared details of the event, noting the couple’s hospitality. “When we reached, Deepika and Ranveer were there. Then Deepika went inside and brought baby Dua in her arms. The whole time Dua clung on to her mother and then we met her,” he said.
“They requested we not make too much noise as Dua had just woken up from her nap. After a while, Deepika took Dua back inside. They have requested we not click or publish Dua’s photographs until they are ready,” he added.
“They didn’t just leave after that. They stayed with us during the whole time. Baad mein unhone ek Sindhi sweet bhi distribute ki jo Ranveer ko bhi bohot pasand hai. Usne bola catering waalo ko ki theek se mithai heat kar ke sabko serve ki jaaye. After that they gave sweets to families,” shares Paliwal.

Social media was abuzz with admiration for the couple’s gesture, with comments praising their bond and calling them “cute parents” and a “beautiful family.” One of the comments read, “Deepika looks so cute!!” Another commented, “Made for each other.”
Some fans, however, remained curious about Dua’s pictures.
This private gathering reminded fans of a similar step taken by Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who requested privacy for their child while interacting with paparazzi.
The duo promised to pose for photos on occasions when their children were not present.
On the work front, Ranveer and Deepika were last seen in ‘Singham Again,’ directed by Rohit Shetty.
The film, featuring an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar, had a strong opening despite clashing with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,’ although it later slowed at the box office.
