Islamabad couple’s wedding photoshoot amid PTI protests goes viral.

Amidst the political kerfuffle and security lockdowns, a couple’s strange wedding photoshoot in front of container barricades has caught the attention of social media users across Pakistan.

Khola and Qasim, a newlywed couple, chose the fortified streets of the federal capital as the backdrop for their wedding photos.

Wearing an elegant silver-toned outfits, Khola in a shimmering gown and Qasim in a dapper suit, the duo posed against a line of containers placed to block roads amid ongoing political protests.

The photoshoot comes at a time when Islamabad has been brought to a standstill due to PTI protests demanding the release of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

With roads blocked and internet services suspended in several areas, the city has become the epicentre of political power show.

Meanwhile, the couple’s bold decision to record their joyous occasion with such a poignant backdrop has divided opinions online.
