The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) at Islamabad’s international airport foiled a narcotics smuggling attempt on Monday and arrested Mathar Shah, a Charsadda native.
According to an ANF spokeswoman, 840 grams of heroin were discovered in Mathar’s backpack, which he intended to transport to Saudi Arabia via aircraft KU-206.
He further stated that an Anti-Narcotics Act charge had been filed against him and that the investigation into the case had commenced.
