Change in Pak team as Australia to bat first in Karachi Test

Australia won the toss and chose to bat first on the first day of the second Test against Pakistan, which begins on Saturday at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi.

“After winning the toss, Australian captain Pat Cummins elected to put his batters out first, aiming for a successful result.”

Mitchell Swepson has also made his way onto the team, according to him.

Cummins, speaking on the occasion, said: “It appears to be a very excellent wicket. Mitch has been a part of the team for a long time. We’re really excited for him. Now it’s up to us to hit a home run.”

Pakistani skipper Babar Azad revealed that his team has undergone two alterations. “Ifthikhar Ahmed and Naseem Shah have been replaced by Faheem Ashraf and Hasan Ali,” he added.
