Famous Pakistani TikToker Jannat Mirza has finally broken silence on her break up with Umer Butt.
The 26-year-old was recently invited by actor and comedian Ahmed Ali Butt on his podcast.
Jannat Mirza opened honestly about her decision to end engagement with former fiancé Umer Butt.
Jannat said that she parted ways after careful consideration and finding it difficult to walk together in future.
During the intense discussion session, held in the span of the show Jannat Mirza discussed a length about her past relationship and marriage plans.
While discussing her relationship with Umer, Jannat said: “I think I was not ready for the breakup; why would I be ready for such a thing? But yes, I was not afraid of it, I was happy after that.”
Jannat explained that the decision to end the relationship was not impulsive even it took almost two years, adding: “The thing that could happen in the future has happened before. I think calling off a Nikah or marriage hurts more, so it is okay that it all ended before. We talked about it before ending it. I could not live in such a relationship. I have a strong support system, including my parents and sisters.”
Beyond discussing her past relationship, Jannat shared her views on marriage, revealing that she prefers the traditional route of an arranged marriage. “Arranged marriages have more charm. In my past relationship, I could see multiple issues. There were things that couldn’t be ignored, especially regarding marriage because it happens for a lifetime,” she said.

She further said that she doesn’t believe in giving a second chance now, earlier, she was quite forgiving.
