DSP CTD Ali Raza has been gunned down in Karachi.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ali Raza of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) was tragically killed in a shooting incident near Karachi’s Karimabad area, The Asian Mirror reported on Sunday.
Unidentified gunmen ambushed DSP Ali Raza, who was stationed with the CTD’s Investigation unit, leaving him critically wounded.

He was quickly taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital but he later succumbed to his injuries.
In the wake of this tragic event, the Sindh Home Minister has called for a comprehensive report from both the Deputy Inspector-General (DIG) of the CTD and the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Central.

The Minister has also instructed law enforcement to take swift and decisive action to apprehend those responsible for the attack.
