Another woman was raped in a brutal gang rape on the Badian Road corridor on Saturday.
A woman from Badian Road was reportedly riding in a rickshaw when the incident occurred. The rickshaw broke down, and three men driving by in a car noticed her alone in it. They got out of the car and stopped over. They kidnapped her and pushed her into their car, where she was raped by all three of them.
They threw her on the road after sexually abusing her.
In Heer police station, the victim filed a complaint against the unidentified rapists. So far, no one has been able to apprehend the suspect.
The event has been reported to the Punjab Inspector General of Police, who has requested a report from the concerned police officers.
