We present you a step by step guide for HEC degree attestation in 2024.

HEC degree attestation:

Follow the following steps for degree attestation from HEC:

STEP-1: Create an online account on https://eservices.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/register using desktop PC / laptop.

STEP-2: Get your following original documents clearly scanned (later on must be upload at web portal):

1 – CNIC (front-back).

2 – Matriculation / SSC marksheet & final certificate / sanad.

3 – Intermediate / HSSC marksheet & final certificate / sanad.

4 – The actual degree and transcript (you want to attest).

STEP – 3: Fill out all your necessary information for example: personal, address and education (from your matriculation / SSC to last degree). You can also follow up the onscreen instructions at the web portal and submit your case.

STEP – 4: After completing all above steps successfully your application / case is under initial scrutiny by HEC which can also be seen / tracked in the Dashboard on the web portal. You have to wait a max of 15 working days to complete your initial scrutiny since HEC does not provide a fixed time frame.

STEP-5: In case successful initial scrutiny (mentioned in STEP-4) an application form would be provided to you in the task assigned section in the Dashboard. Please note, if your initial scrutiny went unsuccessful / rejected you will get a chance to edit your information again and also make sure you entered the correct information this time, finally re-submit your case.

STEP-6: Download application Form, Payment receipt (in case of online pay) and also get these print out copies. You have to attach your Original Matriculation mark sheet & final Certificate, Intermediate marksheet & final Certificate, Original Degree / Transcript or both along with a copy of your CNIC and copies of each document.

STEP-7 (Final): Visit your nearest TCS office (in case of courier option in web portal) along with all documents (mentioned in STEP-6), handover all documents and attestation fee (in cash) to TCS agent and get  back payment receipt. Finally get a scanned copy of the payment receipt and upload it on the web portal. You have to wait a maximum of 10 to 15 days to get back your documents. Please make sure TCS is responsible to return back your documents at your doorstep.
