International visitors, excluding those from GCC countries requiring a Hajj permit, must acquire a Hajj visa for the annual pilgrimage, slated to commence next month.
The Saudi government anticipates hosting over 2 million pilgrims from across the globe for this year’s Hajj, set to commence in June.
To bolster security and ensure compliance, authorities will equip pilgrims with special tags facilitating the identification of legal participants.

The process for obtaining the Nusuk Card entails issuance by respective Hajj offices for overseas pilgrims following visa acquisition.
Domestic pilgrims, meanwhile, will receive the card from service providers upon receipt of Hajj permits.
