Meghan Markle feels Kate Middleton should ‘apologize’ to her.
Meghan Markle, the former actor and Duchess of Sussex, reportedly feels that Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, should ‘apologize’ to her before they can begin to mend their strained relationship.
According to royal author and expert Tom Quinn, Meghan holds onto this grievance because she expected Kate to offer her support against challenges within the royal family, especially given their shared experiences as outsiders.
“Meghan doesn’t feel guilty about Kate, because she feels that Kate should’ve been the one person in the royal family to back her against every difficulty.”

“Apart from anything else, Meghan knew Kate was an outsider, so she just couldn’t understand why Kate always towed the royal line rather than supporting her, Meghan, the other outsider,” Quinn added.
Quinn explained that Meghan feels Kate’s adherence to royal protocols instead of offering personal support was disappointing and contributed to the deterioration of their relationship.

Despite recent public gestures, such as reaching out to Kate after her cancer diagnosis, Meghan views this as separate from their personal issues and does not intend to reconcile solely due to Kate’s health.
“She also doesn’t want people saying that she is trying to make things up with Kate just because Kate is ill. Meghan still feels Kate was in the wrong and should apologize before they try to build bridges,” the expert told.
