HOSHAB: During an intelligence-based operation in the general region of Hoshab, Balochistan, security forces killed ten “externally-sponsored terrorists,” according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
“On February 23, security forces conducted an operation to apprehend externally-sponsored enemies of peace in Balochistan based on information of the presence of terrorists camp and hideaway in general region Hoshab, Balochistan,” said the ISPR.
As the troops sealed off the location, the terrorists launched indiscriminate fire as they attempted to exit their hiding, according to the military’s media wing. A severe exchange of fire ensued as a result of the action.
“As a result of the exchange of fire, ten terrorists were killed, including terrorist commander Master Asif alias Mukesh. These terrorists were recently involved in shootings and attack security forces in the Turbat and Pasni districts “According to the ISPR.
The terrorists’ hideout reportedly yielded a “large stash of weaponry and ammunition,” according to the ISPR, which was “intended for use against security personnel.”
“Operations to kill terrorists will continue, and they will not be permitted to damage Balochistan’s peace, stability, and progress,” the ISPR added.
Two terrorists were killed by security officers in D I Khan.
After discovering the existence of terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan’s Tehsil Kulachi, security personnel conducted an IBO.
Two terrorists, Fazal Rehman alias Khairy and Mehran, were killed during the heavy exchange of fire.
Submachine guns, hand grenades, and a huge number of varied calibre rounds were among the weapons and ammo discovered inside their hideout.
Terrorist acts against security personnel, target killings, and kidnapping for ransom were all carried out by the murdered terrorists.
