CTD detains terrorist involved in APS attack after 7 years

After seven years, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a terrorist engaged in the attack on Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar on Tuesday.

According to the sources, security authorities have been tracking terrorist Jan Wali for seven years.

On Tuesday, the CTD apprehended him at the Torkham Adda’s Karkhanoon Market.

Additionally, the CTD detained an extortionist from Bajgi Road, Hamad Ashraf, in another operation. The apprehended extortionist wanted Rs6 million in extortion from a local resident.
