FIFA World Cup 2030 to be co-hosted by these three countries.
Morocco, Spain, and Portugal will share hosting duties for the FIFA World Cup 2030. Morocco had made six attempts to secure the coveted hosting rights.
The move, which came one month after a devastating earthquake in Morocco, is expected to boost the spirit of the people.
Unexpectedly, FIFA announced that matches honouring the 1930 World Cup opening in Uruguay will take place in those three countries.
The choice to collaborate with Spain and Portugal for FIFA World Cup 2030 highlights the growing trend of collaborative hosting in international sports and the camaraderie that can be found among nations who share a love of football.

The worldwide governing body for futsal, beach football and association football is the Fédération internationale de football association. In 1904, it was established to regulate intercontinental competition between the national associations of Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
With its headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland, it now has 211 national associations as members.
The six regional confederations that make up the world are CAF (Africa), AFC (Asia and Australia), UEFA (Europe), CONCACAF (North & Central America and the Caribbean), OFC (Oceania), and CONMEBOL (South America).
These national associations must also be members of one of these regional confederations. Most notably, it hosts the FIFA World Cup, which takes place every four years.
