Recently, a South American woman flew all the way from Chile to marry her beau in Charsadda. Nicole/Nicoli, a Chilean national, traveled to Pakistan to marry Ikram Ullah Khan Durrani.
As a South American woman travels to Pakistan to marry her lover, according to media reports, Nicloe/Nicoli is from Chile, South America, but she fell in love with Durrani and chose to take a risk. Nicole/Nicoli converted to Islam, changing her name to Noorain, and married Durrani while traveling across continents.
Her husband stated that the couple intends to settle abroad.
But how did the lovers get together? Durrani explained that the two “started talking on the 25th of Ramadan and then became friends.” Nicole and Durrani were married a few months later. Despite their age gap — Nicole is 36, and Durrani is 27 — and language hurdles, the couple seems content.
He also claimed that his wife worked as a manager for a mobile phone firm in the United States.
