With just one film, the Pakistani film industry could launch people into prominence and turn them into overnight sensations. One such starlet who rose to fame after making her debut in 2001 was Zara Sheikh. She scored other successes after that, including a famous cameo in the song Khamaaj alongside Shaan Shahid.
She has just made a reappearance with a dance number in Heer Maan Ja and her television debut in Raqs e Bismil, but she has largely been missing from the industry in recent years.
While keeping her personal affairs private, she spoke candidly about her love life while a guest on Nida Yasir’s Shan e Suhoor. Her alleged relationship with actor Mikaal Zulfiqar, which was formerly the subject of significant news, was directly questioned by Nida.
Zara Sheikh hinted that she and Mikaal had been involved, but she withheld further information, stating she would rather move on. She made it clear that she prefers to go on with her life and does not wish to reflect on the past.
