Oman offers visa-free entry for over 100 countries. Oman has seen a rise in tourism since introducing visa-free and visa-on-arrival entry for citizens of 103 countries.
The decision which was taken to strengthen the country’s tourism industry has yielded considerable results as data from National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) confirms a 348% rise in tourists last year. As many as 2.9 million travelers landed in Oman in 2022 and the occupancy rate of hotels also swelled by 31.3%.

Nationals of the aforementioned countries are permitted to stay in the nation for up to 14 days, but only if they have a confirmed hotel reservation, health insurance, and a return ticket.
The nation, which is now concentrating on generating revenue after the post-pandemic period, does not require visas for citizens of GCC nations, which include the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the State of Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
