Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) staged a demonstration at Topanwala Chowk, Dera Ismail Khan against the verdict of the Naqeeb Ullah Mehsud murder case, here on Wednesday.
Like the rest of the country, Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) staged a huge protest demonstration in Dera Ismail Khan on the call of Manzoor Pashteen, chairman of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement against the acquittance of ex-SSP Malir Karachi Rao Anwar and other accused in the Naqeeb Ullah murder case.
The huge demonstration was held at Topanwala Chowk due to which there was a long que of traffic from the State Life Building to GPO Chowk.
The protest was led by PTM leader, Alamzeb Mehsud.
Speaking on the occasion, Alamzeb Mehsud said, the Pashtun nation does not forgive murder at any cost, and the court should give justice to the heirs of the slain Naqeeb Ullah Mehsud.
The other speakers said that they were deeply disappointed by the court decision adding that the court acquitted ex-SSP Malir, Karachi Rao Anwar with all the accused in spite of the JIT report.
The protestors also held placards and chanted slogans against militancy and the accused who were acquitted in the Naqeeb Murder case.
They demanded that the court should give justice to the heirs of Naqeeb Ullah Mehsud by punishing his killers.
