Grand Health Alliance convenor Dr. Mehboob Noonari and Dr. Abdul Majeed Jatoi, president of the Young Doctors Association of Sukkur, coordinated a sizable protest gathering today in support of their fundamental rights.
All medical personnel, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, took part in the protest march that was organized by GMC Hospital toward Press Club Sukkur in support of their fundamental rights. The Sindh government was criticized by protesters for encroaching on their rights.
Grant Health alliance leader Dr. Mehboob Noonari told the reporters at the Sukkur Press Club that while we continue to carry out all of our responsibilities for the benefit of the patients, the government is still refusing to budge on our demands. We shall take strict measures if our expectations are not met in a week.
Dr. Nisar Abbas Shar, vice president of the Young Doctor’s Association of Sukkur, declared that we will not relent until our demands were met.
