Pakistani fans troll Irfan Pathan over his controversial tweet
Irfan Pathan, a former Indian pacer, recently sparked a minor controversy with a tweet following Pakistan’s victory against New Zealand to advance to the T20 World Cup 2022 final.
Grace padosiyon ki bas ki baat nahi, Pathan tweeted, but he afterwards received trolling from Pakistani supporters. The former cricketer turned broadcaster has since made it clear that his remark has nothing to do with the Pakistani athletes.

Pathan posted on Twitter after Pakistan defeated New Zealand by seven wickets in the first semifinal on Wednesday: “Grace’s apke bas ki baat nahi hai, but Padosiyon jeet ati jaati rehti hai. (Neighbors, winning and losing are inherent parts of the game, but you lack elegance.)” On this tweet Pakistani fans trolled him well on social media.
