KARACHI: On social media, a video that allegedly depicts PMLN leader Pervaiz Rasheed “enjoying private moments of life’ has gone viral.
The popular video sparked a variety of responses on Twitter, with some denouncing the leak and others calling it “Karma.”
In the latest, the alleged video in question seems like a video call recording featuring a former federal minister engaged in objectionable activity having an unidentified female person in semi-nude condition on the smaller screen.
The alleged video is said to be of 27 minutes in duration, seemingly featuring Perviz Rashid, and is now doing rounds on social media.
Some commenters asserted that the leaked video was just another means of diverting attention away from the boiling political situation.
Some more sensible people have spoken out in an effort to stop this trend.
The PTI leader made the assertion that none of its employees shared the offensive video of Pervaiz Rasheed.
A PMLN official insisted that the video was fake and that Pervaiz Rasheed, their leader, had the courage to deal with such situations.
Earlier, several audios of the Prime Minister’s House have been leaked, in which there have been revelations such as the approval of the resignations of the members of the PTI assembly from London, ordering a power plant from India for the son-in-law of Maryam Nawaz.
Similarly, some audios of Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and PMLN leader Maryam Nawaz had also been leaked few months back.
