A statue of a warrior woman placed at the center of Islamabad’s I-8 Kachnar Park has been vandalized by unknown persons.
According to details, the structure of the statue was damaged as a result of tumbling and the administration has not yet been able to restore the statue to its original place.
On the request of a citizen, Chief Commissioner Captain (retd) Usman took notice of the incident and directed Deputy Commissioner Islamabad to take immediate action against the persons involved in knocking down the statue.
