The Central Party Literature Press has released a book by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on the Party’s rule-based leadership.

400 sections of Xi’s discourses on the Party’s rule-based governance are included in the book, which was put together by the Institute of the Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee. These discourses were taken from more than 180 reports, speeches, articles, and instructions he gave between November 15, 2012, and June 17, 2022.

According to a Friday statement on the book’s release, some of them were published for the first time.

The CPC has made it clear that the key to leading the nation is the Party’s rule-based governance, which must be strictly applied in accordance with law.

Since the CPC’s 18th National Congress in 2012, the CPC Central Committee, led by Xi, has adhered rigidly to the Party’s rule-based governance and significantly improved the rules and systems within the Party.

According to the statement, Xi has delivered a number of significant speeches on the rule-based governance of the Party, which are significant in playing the role of intra-Party regulation in maintaining the central and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee and guaranteeing the Party’s long-term governance over the country as well as the country’s long-lasting tranquilly and stability.
