Man killed wife and minor child in D I Khan
A man opened indiscriminate fire on his wife and minor daughter, killing both due to a domestic dispute in Chaman Chowk area, within the vicinity of City Police Station, police said here on Monday.
A City Police Official said, a man named Jameel Sabziwala, son of Mushtaq enraged due to a domestic dispute and indicriminately sprayed his wife and minor daughter worh bullets in Gali Pradhanwali of Chaman Chowk area, within the limits of City Police Station.
As a result of firing, the mother and minor child were seriously injured and were rushed to Disteict Heagquaryers Teaching Hospital by Police and Rescue 1122 Medical Teams for medical assistance.
However, both mother and daughter succumbed to their fatal injuries and lost their lives.
After the incident, the accused managed to escape from the scene and tried to escape Punjab from D I Khan.
However, under the leadership of DSP City Circle Sagheer Gilani, SHO City Police Stations Cadet Khanzada Khan took immediate action and arrested the assailant on Western Circular Road, D I Khan City while he was fleeing to Punjab.
