President Macron approves Modi’s advice at UNGA
New York: The France president, Emmanuel Macron is attending the on-going session of the United Nation’s general assembly in New York. While addressing to the United house, Mr. Macron referred to Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, statement which he had said to Russian President, Vladimir Putin. “This is not the era of war” PM Modi had added.
“Narendra Modi, the PM of India was right when he said the time is not for war. It is not for revenge against the west, or for opposing the west against the east. It is the time for a collective time for our sovereign equal states. To cope together with challenges, we face”, added Mr. Macron.
The statement that PM Modi had said to President Putin went like; “Today’s era is not of War & I Have spoken to you about it on the call.
Today we will get the opportunity to talk about how we can progress on the path of peace. India & Russia have stayed together with each other for several decades”.
Prime Minister Modi had said this statement in the recent Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Uzbekistan.
“We spoke several times on the phone about India-Russia bilateral relations and various issues. We should find ways to address the problems of food, fuel security and fertilizers. I want to thank Russia and Ukraine for helping us to evacuate our students from Ukraine”, Indian prime Minister had added.
On this statement of PM Modi, the Russian President Putin had responded, “We know India’s position on Russia-Ukraine conflict; therefore, we too want it to end”.

“But the other party, the leadership of Ukraine has claimed… that they refuse to engage in the negotiation process. They said they want to achieve their objectives, as they say, on the battlefield militarily. We will keep you abreast of everything that is happening over there”, added the Russian President, Vladimir Putin in SOC summit 2022.
Mr. Putin however, appreciated the healthy and economic relationship between Russian and India.
