Russian couple reaches D I Khan
A young tourist couple Mikhail and Veronika, who belong to the heart of Russia, Moscow, reaches D I Khan on their trip to the Northern area of Pakistan.
The Tourist Couple had left Russia to travel to the Northern Area of Pakistan on their bikes to enjoy their vacations.
They first crossed the Pakistan-Iran border and reached the capital of Balochistan, Quetta, after Quetta their destination was the Dera Ismail Khan, the Russian Embassy was completely in contact with them and also inquired about their well-being at every single moment.
Additional SHO Paharpur Aftab Alam Khan also met with the Russian tourist couple and asked them about their well-being.
He and his police contingent also accompanied them for security purposes, the couple asked them to stop at a hotel to take tea.
According to Aftab Alam Khan, he took them to a local hotel where he often rested for a moment during daily routine patrols.
He said, SHO Paharpur Police Station also joined us as his taste sense is better than theirs.
The tourist couple ordered some local veggies and pulses as they said they like them.

After eating well and taking the tea, the additional SHO guided them about the D I Khan and also apprised them about the Culture, Civilization Heritage, Environment and Lifestyle of people of Dera Ismail Khan.
Aftab Alam Khan said, Mikhail was a software engineer while Veronika was a high school Mathematics Teacher and they also had a good conversation about Russian novelists and dramatists, play writers and literature.
