Parvez Elahi plans to build 25-storey complex near Gaddafi Stadium
Pervez Elahi has made plans to build a five-star facility next to Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
This most recent construction will assist the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in accommodating foreign teams close to the stadium, greatly improving traffic flow around the city.
The 25-story complex would cost at least $1 billion to build, most of which will be covered by the United Arab Emirates, according to the specifics.
“A billion dollars will be used to construct a 25-story complex next to the Gaddafi Stadium. The Punjab CM said that the Punjab government will contribute 30% and the UAE government will contribute 70% to the new complex.
According to CM Punjab, the UAE will cover 70% of the expenses, with the Punjab government covering the remaining 20%.
The project will include a high-performance centre for the athletes as well as a 5-star hotel. Additionally, there are rumours that a tunnel will be built from the facility to the stadium, which will aid in giving the visiting teams impenetrable security.
