“Keep dancing,” former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted on Sunday, expressing her personal support for Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, whose penchant for partying has garnered international notice.

Clinton’s post included a photo of herself dancing in a busy bar with a large smile on her face during a 2012 trip to Colombia while still secretary of state. “Keep dancing, Sanna Marin,” it said at the end.

Marin swiftly replied, tweeting, “Thank you, Hillary Clinton,” with a heart emoji.

Marin was seen dancing and partying with a group of friends and celebrities in a recently leaked video.

Critics argued it was unacceptable behavior for a prime minister, while others backed the 36-year-old politician’s right to attend a private event with friends, including Clinton.

Marin encouraged her Social Democratic colleagues that it was necessary to have fun from time to time.

However, she faced additional backlash after a photo showed two ladies raising their shirts during a party at the prime minister’s residence in July surfaced.

Marin apologized once more.

Clinton, 74, served as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama from 2009 until 2013.

She ran as the Democratic candidate for President of the United States in 2016. Despite being strongly favored, she was defeated in a surprising upset by real estate mogul Donald Trump.
