Israeli Scientists develop Age-Reversing Drug using Oxygen. According to Israeli researchers, they have not only been able to successfully halt the biological ageing process, but they have also managed to reverse it by utilizing only oxygen.
According to the findings of the research project, which was carried out as a joint effort between Tel Aviv University and the Shamir Medical Center, the application of high-pressure oxygen in a pressurized chamber was able to reverse two processes that are associated with ageing and sickness.
The researchers discovered that the shortening of telomeres, which are located at the ends of chromosomes, and the buildup of old and dysfunctional cells in the body could be reversed by using hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) on healthy adults who were becoming older.
To put it another way, as the treatments advance, the blood cells of the adults really become younger.
As Israeli Scientists develop Age-Reversing Drug using Oxygen, the participants in the study were all over the age of 64 and adults.
They were given HBOT for a total of three months, each session lasting for ninety minutes and occurring five days a week.
On November 18th, the study was presented in Aging magazine as a published article.
The anti-aging movement is a social movement dedicated to eradicating or reversing the effects of ageing.
A significant portion of the movement’s focus is on the potential for life extension, but there is also interest in techniques such as cosmetic surgery that alleviate rather than delay or defeat the effects of ageing.
