Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply Friday, a day after reaching an all-time high.
According to data, the price of one tola 24 Karat gold fell by Rs4200 to Rs1,58,300.
Similarly, the price of a 10-gram 24 Karat gold bar has dropped from Rs3601 to Rs135,717.
However, the price of gold increased by $12 per ounce to $1762.
According to jewelers, the drop in the value of the dollar against the Pakistan rupee contributed to the drop in gold prices.
They said that the gold price fell in the Dubai market, resulting in a drop in gold prices.
