The book “Alchemist” is a life-changing book introduced by a great author Paulo Coelho first published in 1988 by Editors Rocco ltd. The Alchemist is the story of Santiago one of the Andalusian shepherd boys who dream of traveling worldwide for a treasure. He begins his journey from Spain and steps towards the magnificent purpose of his life towards the Pyramid mountains of Egypt in order to get his treasure. He was a stranger and was not acquainted with the world. He starts his journey and takes a flock of sheep in order to get to his destination. However, duration of his journey he faces bundles of hardships and obstacles, finally he meets with an old king of Salem who stimulates and suggests to him regards of his main motive for what he has started the lifelong journey. The king told him that nothing is fruitless in this universe everything has a specific motive for what many sacrifices are needed to acquire that purpose.
In addition, in the middle of his journey, he meets with a crystal merchant where he works for one year in his shop where he earns some money for getting Pyramid mountains. After working one year in a crystal merchant shop where he learns their language. Finally, he decides that he would go and get his treasure, but who was so flabbergasted about how to go, where to go how to get his treasure such irrelevant questions become comprehensive barriers on his journey. Meanwhile, he meets
with a Caravan which is used to go to an Egyptian mountain in the Caravan he meets with an Englishman who is in the search of an Alchemist both share their experiences with each other. After traveling for a complete month Santiago meets with Fatima who is a desert woman both fall in love so, the boy tells her that he is in the search of a treasure for who lefts his native area she says to him that she will wait until he should be back. At the end of his journey, he meets with an Al chemist who tells him many of the mysteries of the universe and he tells that everything in the universe is bound with love if someone has yearned for something then one sought what is needed to be achieved.
He tells that every part of the universe is accomplished with love when there is love there is obsession, devotion, enthusiasm, and uprightness since love is a spiritual miracle that is eternal and immortal and never ends. Pure love is the holiness of the soul and it’s the language of the universe when one loves each and everything of the universe it means one is in part of learning the language of the universe so the overarching human of the universe is that who has affection for everything thing of the universe. Thus, The Alchemist is an inspirational novel that tells about important wisdom and it’s a broad knowledge and a broad suggestion for those who are unaware regards of the love of the universe. It tells the real magic of life and what is needed to be followed when one wants to be aware of the real mystery of life. Finally, the book suggests three main aspects: Adoration, Contemplation, and Self-confidence.
