Sindh High Court orders removal of IGP Kamran Fazal for duty failure

The Sindh High Court has ordered the removal of Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kamran Fazal for failing to perform his duties.

The court ordered the authorities to withdraw Kamran Afzal’s charge as Sindh IGP for failing to produce ‘abducted’ Dua Zahra in court despite court orders.

On Monday, the court issued the order while hearing the Dua Zahra case.

It is worth noting that the Sindh government delegated additional responsibility for the Sindh IG post to Additional IG Dr. Kamran Fazl, a Pakistan Police Service officer (BS-21).
