Toyota has introduced an updated Corolla lineup in Pakistan, bringing changes to the exterior design, interior trim, connectivity and convenience features across its five variants.
However, the facelift does not give every model the same equipment. Features such as wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, fog lamps and parking sensors remain limited to specific variants, with the 1.8 Grande receiving the most comprehensive package.
Toyota Corolla 1.6 MT
The entry-level Corolla 1.6 MT receives the main exterior and cabin updates, including the new grille, revised bumpers and fascia, updated interior trim, Bluetooth 5.0, Panasonic speakers and rear USB-C and USB-A charging ports.
The variant does not come with front fog lamps, machine-finished alloy wheels or side mirrors with integrated turn indicators.
It also lacks wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, front and rear parking sensors and the dark chestnut interior theme.
Toyota Corolla 1.6 CVT-i
The Corolla 1.6 CVT-i adds machine-finished alloy wheels to the standard updates.
The variant continues without front fog lamps and integrated turn-indicator mirrors. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also not available, while parking sensors and the dark chestnut cabin treatment remain exclusive to higher versions.
Toyota Corolla 1.6 CVT-i Special Edition

The 1.6 CVT-i Special Edition adds a sunroof and machine-finished alloy wheels while retaining the updated cabin and technology features.
It comes with Bluetooth 5.0, Panasonic speakers and rear USB-C and USB-A charging ports.
However, the Special Edition does not receive front fog lamps or wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Several other premium features are also reserved for the 1.8 variants.
Toyota Corolla 1.8 CVT-i
The Corolla 1.8 CVT-i receives a more extensive equipment package than the 1.6 models.
Toyota adds front fog lamps, machine-finished alloy wheels and side mirrors with integrated turn indicators. The variant also gets wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
Despite these additions, the 1.8 CVT-i does not feature the Grande’s dark chestnut interior theme, black and dark chestnut two-tone seats or beige contrast stitching.
It also misses out on front and rear parking sensors.
Toyota Corolla 1.8 Grande
At the top of the range, the Toyota Corolla 1.8 Grande gets the most complete equipment package.
It includes the upgrades offered with the 1.8 CVT-i, including fog lamps, machine-finished alloy wheels, integrated turn-indicator mirrors and wireless smartphone connectivity.
Toyota further adds the dark chestnut cabin theme, black and dark chestnut two-tone seats, beige contrast stitching and a sunroof.
For parking assistance, the Grande gets two front parking sensors and four rear parking sensors.
Different Features Across Corolla Variants
The latest Toyota Corolla update in Pakistan gives buyers several equipment levels rather than applying an identical package across the entire range.
The 1.6 variants focus mainly on exterior styling and cabin updates, with selected convenience features added to the Special Edition. The 1.8 CVT-i brings wireless smartphone connectivity and additional exterior equipment, while the 1.8 Grande sits at the top with the widest combination of interior, convenience and parking-assistance features.
The differences mean buyers will need to compare individual variants carefully, particularly if features such as wireless smartphone connectivity, a sunroof, fog lamps or parking sensors are priorities.
