Pakistan and India are reportedly set to be placed in the same group at the ICC ODI World Cup 2027, potentially setting up another high-profile meeting between the two cricketing rivals.

Pakistan and India have repeatedly met in major ICC tournaments, with their matches attracting substantial attention from cricket fans around the world.

The 12-team stage will be divided into two groups of six teams. The leading sides will then progress to the Super 7 stage before the competition moves into the semifinals and final.
